I. Important Safety Instructions
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, injury, burns, and
oxalic acid exposure damage, follow the basic precautions
described below.
1. Read all instructions before using the appliance
2. Only use the unit for the proposes described in the manual.
3. Do not use the appliance on hives that are not populated by
bees.
4. If the power cord is damaged, request a replacement from
the producer, production technician assistant, or any other
qualified technician to avoid all dangers.
5. This device is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they are subjected to supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety
and understand the dangers of improper use.
6. Do not let children play with the appliance
7. To reduce the risk of fire and electric shock:
a. Do not directly connect to an electrical outlet of
110-220 volts
b. The product must be powered by a 12 volt battery.
c. Do not use the product with a damaged battery
d. While using the vaporizer and the battery, they must be
kept away from any flammable material. Pay attention
to the electric arc that forms while the power cables are
connected to the battery terminals.
e. Do not use the product in the case of breakage or
damaged components of the product.

To reduce the risk of burns:
a. The cup of the burner reaches temperatures of
about 400 °C (Oxalika Basic/Start), 200 °C (Oxalika
Premium), which puts you at risk to be burned.
b. Make sure no one touches the hot appliance.

To reduce the risk of damage caused
by oxalic acid exposure:
a. Do not use in enclosed spaces
b. Only use outdoors and in well-ventilated areas.c. Do not
breathe in the vapors and dust.
d. Wear a suit suitable to protect the entire body from the
possible vapor or contact with oxalic acid powder when
filling the cup and during the treatment.
e. Pay particular attention to the manipulation of oxalic
acid.
f. avoid oxalic acid contact with skin, eyes and the
respiratory track system
g. Wear adherent goggles

i. Wear a face mask to protect the respiratory system:
- Type FFP3 in case of sufficient
ventilation and using the
vaporizer in
the first mode (chapter. III)
- With a filter Polyvalent ABE/P3 in case of
insufficient ventilation or for prolonger exposure or using
the vaporizer in the second mode (chapter. III)
Follow the directions given in the respective user manuals.
l. Always keep in mind the direction of the wind so that the
oxalic acid will not be blown towards any person
including those who perform the treatment. Keep it as
far away as possible from the hive, it is usually most
advisable to use the entire length of the cable.
m. The treatment of the colonies in an apiary should be
done only from the outside. During and after the
treatment ventilate the apiary well. Nothing should be
inside.
n. Do not extract the dispensing device from the hive before
the time is complete and the oxalic acid is evaporated.
o. The foam or fabric, used to close the opening and to seal
the hive, must be handled with gloves, because the oxalic
acid will be put inside the hive with it. After use, wash
with water.
p. After the treatment, especially after the winter treatment
when the bees are not as clean as in the summer, inside
the hive, in the drawer, there will be a diagnostic of
