Nvision Printing Totals & BRF Statistics (continued)

BRF statistics can be viewed on the display screen of the machine but can also
be printed, if the printer has been attached. (see ”5.3.1.14 Printer Port”
on page 49.).

NOTE: Only the supervisor may view, print or clear the BRF statistics.

To view the BRF statistics, press and hold down the BRF key for about 2
seconds.

The above number one display screen-shot will be shown. You can now see the
total number of FIT notes in pocket 1 and the total number of UNFIT notes in
stacker pocket 2.

By pressing DETAIL (F2) you will be able to view the FIT and UNFIT totals by
denomination. Use the scroll key to toggle though each denomination.

If a printer is attached the PRINT (F4) command will be shown on the screen. If
you press this key the BRF statistics will be printed.

If you wish to delete the BRF statistics, press the red CLEAR key on the function
selection side of the control panel. The display screen-shot number 3 will be
shown and will ask you “ARE YOU SURE”. Select NO (F1) or YES (F4), once you
have selected YES, the information will be lost.
