Carry out the following preparations before having the customer recline.

Rotate the head pillow as in the illustration at right.

Push out the neck fixing pin, and turn it clockwise
to lock.
Caution
When securing the neck device for
use, ensure that the neck fixing pin
is locked.If the neck device is used
without the fixing pin being locked,
then if the neck device should come
loose while shampooing, the
customer may bump their head,
resulting in injury.

release the lock, and push it in.
