7.12. BELT TENSIONING

• Loosen the belt: loosen the tensioning screw and the screws of the hydraulic motor holder:

• belt tensioning process: Tighten the tensioning screw so that the tension in the belt is 250

N - use a tension gauge. If you don’t have a tension gauge, tighten the belt so that you can
rotate it by a maximum of 90 °. Tighten the screws of the motor holder.

7.13. CLEANING AND REPLACING THE AIR FILTER

FILTER REPLACEMENT

• Disconnect the machine from the drive;
• remove protective covers;

• unscrew the screw with the plastic handle and remove the air filter cover, air filter, and the

drive cover.;

• replace the filter with a new one, clean the interior, and reattach the drive cover.

CLEANING THE FILTER

Remove sawdust and waste from the top of the filter (the cover) to allow free air flow to the inside
of the saw drive.
Regularly clean and change the filter on the saw drive. An unclean filter impedes the cooling air
flow to the drive assembly, which may result in overheating or damage to the drive assembly
(bearings, belt, shaft...).

Tighten the belt only when the machine is switched off!
