PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSE
SOLUTION
No hydraulic components is
functioning and the valve indicator
lights turn on when you move the
main control handle.
The connection between the
multiplication gear and the
hydraulic pump was terminated.
Replace the sprocket that connects
the multiplication gear and the
pump (service).
The discharge conveyor belt is not
operating.
The RESET button was not engaged
prior to start-up.
Before every start-up or after
opening the protection cover push
the green RESET button to restore
all the machine functions.
The gear cylinder is rotating and
the belt is at a standstill due to
lack of tension.
The conveyor valve must be
completely tightened to prevent
oil leakage from the cylinder,
which is tensioning the belt
(only TT 340).
A piece of wood is mechanically
blocking the rotation.
Remove the foreign body and
regularly clean the area under the
gear cylinder.
The in-feed conveyor belt is not
operating or is slipping, and the
gauge reads the
pressure of 90 - 100 bars.
The hydraulic pipes for driving the
log loader cylinders are improperly
connected and the oil flow is
blocked.
Check the pipe joints and push in
the couplings sufficiently.
The cylinder is slipping across
the belt, which is not sufficiently
tensioned.
Tension the belt.
The log is too heavy and is getting
stuck.
Cut the log to shorter pieces.
The belt is pulled to one direction.
Applicable to both the in-feed and
the discharge conveyors.
Improper setting of the driven
cylinders.
Set the driven cylinder to allow the
conveyor belt to run in the center.
Leakage of the hydraulic cylinder.
The seal is damaged.
Replace the seal (service).
The piston rod is damaged.
Replace the cylinder (service).
The splitting cylinder starts the
splitting operation, but returns too
quickly or returns after another
function is activated.
The splitting valve fails to remain
in the position due to insufficient
mains power.
Check tractor output voltage. If you
power the control mechanism with
another power supply by converting
220 V to 12 V, check the power
supply output. The current can rise
to 16 A. DC current from this power
supply must be as “linear” as possible
without oscillations. A transformer
alone does not provide enough
power and must include a capacitor
of sufficient capacity. Do not use a
cable with a small wire diameter or
excessively long cable due to high
voltage drops in the DC current.
The splitting roller loses its power,
inability to reach max. pressure.
Sometimes it works completely
normal then again it does not.
Malfunction of the control valve.
Check the 250 bar pressure.
Worn out hydraulic pump.
Check the 250 bar pressure.
Malfunction of the safety valve.
Setting the safety valve.
