CERTIFICATE OF GUARANTEE

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT EXCLUDE THE CONSUMER’S LEGAL RIGHTS RESULTING FROM THE 

SELLER’S LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT DEFECTS.

We hereby declare:
•  to guarantee a flawless operation of the product during the warranty period, if product is 

used in accordance with the accompanying instruction manual;

•  to ensure the removal of all defects and deficiencies within the warranty period in less than 

45 days. A product that will not be repaired during this time frame will be replaced with a 
new product upon request.

The warranty period is 

12 MONTHS

 from the date of purchase or delivery, if the buyer has a valid 

warranty certificate (official stamp of the dealer, date of delivery with a signature of the dealer, 
factory number, year of manufacture).

The warranty certificate is only valid if presented together with the receipt!

This warranty applies to defects in material or workmanship. The guarantee expires / is no longer 
valid if an unforeseen intervention in the system of the product has been performed by an 
unauthorized person or if a previous repair has been performed by an unauthorized person or if 
any non-original spare parts have been used. 
Our warranty does not apply in the case of:

•  If these operating instructions are not followed;
•  damages caused by the customer;
•  damages caused by improper use or overload and operation in unsuitable conditions

The warranty does not include compensation for additional costs incurred due to the failure of 
the product (loss of income, transport costs, and other potential damage caused...).

The guaranteed servicing period and the period of availability of spare parts is 9 years after the 
expiry of the warranty period.
