Disassembly and Reassembly

TB7100 Service Manual

October 2005

Final Reassembly

Ensure all internal cables are connected correctly as shown below.

Place the tray cover onto the chassis.

Use a Torx T10 torque-driver to fasten the tray cover with the 15
countersunk screws to 4.5 lb·in (0.5 N·m).

Fit the fuse

at the rear of the base station.

Note

Installation of the base station is described in the installation and
operation manual.
