this Indication
Machine Status
Remedy
1
Glows Green
>24V
-
Machine operates
normally
-
2
Glows Amber
Between 23 and
24V
-
Machine operates
normally
-
3
Blinks Amber
Between 21.6
and 23V
-
Machine operates
normally, however
approaching cutoff.
-
4
'Red ' Blinks 5
times and
Continuosly glow
<21.6V
Occurance of Low
Voltage
Cut-OFF
Machine is not running
Step 1.) Charge the battery for about 5 hours
with 2A charger.
Step 2.) Check if the same RED indicator
appears. If so, measure whether the battery
voltage is >26V . If battery voltage is >26V then
there might be a fault in the PCB. Change the
PCB and check again.
Step 3.) If the battery voltage is <26V after
charging , then repeat Step 1. If the battery
voltage is still <26V, then change the Battery.
5
'Red' Blinks for 5
times once & then
2 Blinks for every
4 Sec delay
-
1.) Voltage Below 24V
Machine is not running
Step 1.) Charge the battery for about 5 hours
with 2A charger. Then try again.
2.) Motor TOP (Thermal
Overload Protector) is
actived.
Machine is not running
Step 2.) Wait for 1 hour, to allow the motor
temperature to reach room temperature.
ThentTry again.
3.) Motor Fault (Short &
Open)
Machine is not running
Step 3.) Ensure the connections of the Motor
are okay. Then try again.
If the issue still remains, take a new motor and
connect it to the PCB and check whether it
runs. (Be careful during the motor test because
there are rotating parts.)
4.) PCB faulty
Machine is not running
Step 4.) If the problem persists after the above
3 steps, then change the PCB and check again.
