II. Maintenance and Repairs
CAUTION: Unplug the vacuum cleaner before servicing.
NOTE: PC Board componants are sensitive to static shock. Use grounding strap and anti-static
mat if possible and avoid touching board componants.
1. Access the motor compartment as shown on pages 38-39.
2. Slide the PC board out (Fig. A.)
3. Remove the large and small harness connectors (Fig. B.)
4. Disconnect the four pressure hoses from the back of the PC board (Fig. C.)
5. Reinstall the new board. Be sure all wires are properly routed as shown in Fig. D before reinstalling
motor cover.
