CAUTION: Unplug the vacuum cleaner before servicing.
1. Remove the screw holding the upper cord hook (Fig. A.)
2. Remove the cord hook, screw, washer and spring (Fig. B.)
3. Place the screw through the washer and then place the spring after the washer. Insert the screw into
the upper cord hook as shown (Fig. C.) and install on handle.
