CAUTION: Unplug the vacuum cleaner before servicing.

4. Hold the tilt lock spring as shown in Fig. E.

5. Lower the spring into the foot pedal slot and postition as shown in Fig F.

6. Insert the foot pedal in front of the spring as shown in Fig. G

7. Reinstall the foot pedal axle from the inside of the nozzle and secure with the e-clip on the outside

(Fig. H)

8. Test the foot pedal to ensure it accuates properly. Reassemble the vacuum.
