System Components
The ARES-G2 system can be set up in several different configurations depending upon your needs. The
following items may be part of a system:

ARES-G2 test station

Modular power supply
•
Geometries
•
Forced Convection Oven (optional)
•
LN2 Cooler (optional)
•
Fluid Bath (optional)
•
Peltier Plate (optional)
These components are briefly described in this chapter. For details regarding each part, please refer to the
online help accessed through the TRIOS software.
ARES-G2 Test Station
An ARES-G2 test station, shown in the figure below, consists of several components. The primary compo-
nents are the motor, stage, transducer, keypad, touch screen display, an environmental control option, and
various geometries needed for experiments.
