With its modern design, this is a flush-mounted controller for individual temperature control in residential,
industrial or tertiary environments.

The Cold, Heat valves and the electrical resistance are controlled by relays using a discrete control or a PWM
(Pulse Width Modulation) control for PI control.
Operated by touch buttons, the device combines a modern look with a 2.5" LCD screen and touch-sensitive
surface.
It is available in 2 colors: white or black.
The maximum number of participants on the bus, without the use of a repeater, is defined by the RS-485
transmission standard. The transmission used by the
TControl POD glass EC
allows a maximum of 32 objects
per bus segment. This constraint is only due to a current reading ability of the material.
The
TControl POD glass EC
can be connected via a shielded single twisted pair cable (120 Ohm resistance)
to a monitoring system operating under Modbus protocol. The maximum distance between the first and
last device on the bus is 1000 m.
The
TControl POD glass EC
is a “
Slave
” participant in the network. It only responds to the requests of the
“
Master
”. The protocol corresponds to the default values specified in the Modbus tables (
After turning on the power or switching from sleep mode to normal mode (On/Off Button), a start-up screen
is available for 5 seconds. It gives information on the type of equipment and the programming version.
