ipcfg

Format:

ipcfg [<local-ip> <mask><gw>]

Description: The

ipcfg

command configures the IP address, the

subnet mask and the standard gateway for the Ethernet
connection. The TCP/IP stack is initialized with the
provided values. The command

ipcfg

must be called

prior to use of the Telnet and the BTP interface, since
otherwise no communication is possible over the
Ethernet interface. It therefore has to be the first
command in the configuration script

/save/rc

and

must also have a unique IP address in the network. The
current configuration can be displayed by entering the
command without parameters.
