Do not remove the ceramics bricks when moving the grill. HOWEVER, if
you must remove them to position the grill into a tight space you must
ensure the ceramic insulating paper is re-installed correctly; by that we
mean every air hole in the corner of every ceramic block is open and you
can see the smaller hole in the metalwork behind the ceramic.
•
Ensure the Ceramic Ring is orientated correctly – the three nodules
should be at the bottom of the ring, and the ring should fit flush with the
surrounding ceramic bedding.
•
Do not use an external inline gas governor – outlet/burner regulation is
achieved via the appliances internal valve.
•
Ensure the Outlet Pressure is as stated on the appliances Data Plate
using a Manometer and 2.5mm Allen Key – e.g. 15.0mbar for G20 Natural

pressures with all other appliances, such as hobs and ovens that the
kitchen would have running during normal service, on whilst you check
the outlet/burner port pressure -
Working pressures.
