Why does not the camera record consistently?
• Due to the limited life of memory cards, the video recording of the camera has been limited. It
will only be recorded on motion detection or if you manually trigger the recording.
Does the camera support a USB power supply for the power supply?
• No, a USB power supply is not supported. To ensure the stable operation of the camera,
please use a sufficiently dimensioned power supply.
The performance data that the power supply must at least offer can be found in chapter “17.
Technical data”.
13. Resetting factory settings
• Connect the camera to the power supply and wait for at least 45 seconds until the startup
process is complete. The status LED (A7) should be lit or flashing.
• Press and hold the reset button (A9) for at least 10 seconds.
After 10 seconds or at the latest when the camera makes a “click”, release the button.
• Wait approx. 15 seconds until the status LED (A7) flashes slowly again. Then the camera is
reset to the factory settings.
If you have not already done so, remove the camera from your app.
14. Care and cleaning
Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as
these can damage the casing or even impair the function.
• Always disconnect the product from the power supply before cleaning it.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
• Never direct a stream of water from a garden hose or a high-pressure cleaner onto the sur-
veillance camera.
