5-6 CHASSIS

REMOVAL

• Remove the right and left brake caliper mounting bolts.

• Loosen the front axle pinch bolts

• Loosen the front axle

• Raise the front wheel off the ground with a jack or wooden block.

• Remove the front axle

, spacer

, collar

and front wheel.

Do not operate the brake lever during or after brake cali-
per removal.

NOTE:
After removing the front wheel, temporarily install the brake cali-
pers.

• Remove the speedometer gearbox

• Remove the brake discs.
