MAKE SURE THE AIR IS PASSING FREELY THROUGH THE VENTILATION INSIDE THE INLET.
HOLD YOUR HAND INSIDE INLET PIPE AND FEEL THAT THERE IS A SOFT AIRFLOW MAKING
SURE THAT THE FAN IS WORKING PROPERLY WHEN CYLINDER IS NOT
ROTATING.

CLEAN THE VENTILATION FILTER

CHECK THAT THE PLASTIC BAG IS WELL TIGHTENED ON THE OUTLET PIPE.
⇒
NOTE TEMPERATURE ON THE TOUCH SCREEN AND ANY SMELL FROM THE
INLET
If the temperature in the hot zone has dropped significantly check
moisture, colour, smell, filling level of material inside cylinder and
airflow to and from cylinder. Add pellets/sawdust, empty cylinder, clear
ventilation and/or adjust settings accordingly.

IF A BIOFILTER IS INSTALLED – EMPTY THE BIOFILTER USING THE
BALL VALVE.

INSPECT THE PROCESSED MATERIAL AND MAKE SURE THAT THE
MATERIAL IS NOT TOO WET OR DRY.

EMPTY BAG ON OUTLET IF NECESSARY

CHECK-UP MONTHLY – CLEAN THE HEATER – T60 AND T120

CLEAN THE HEATER:
Turn off electricity at the master switch.
Remove the front panel.
Remove any material on the floor under the heater.
Use a moist cloth cleaning the heater.
Never use detergents or solvent-based products.
LOCKOUT / TAGOUT BEFORE REMOVING BOLTED COVERS.
