BLOWER

Locate blower switch by opening lower louver on fi replace insert.
Blower switch is located at lower left inside louver door.
This thermostat-controlled blower has three settings: ON, OFF and
AUTO. In the ON position, blower will operate constantly. In the
OFF position, blower will not operate. In the AUTO position, blower
will start when thermostat senses a suffi cient increase in fi rebox
temperature.
NOTE:
Your gas logs and thermostat blower will not turn on and off
at the same time. The fi replace insert may run for several minutes
before blower turns on. After heater modulates to pilot position,
blower will continue to run. Blower will shut off after fi rebox tem-
perature decreases.
NOTE:
It is safe to operate fi replace insert with blower turned off.
However, blower helps distribute heated air from fi replace insert.
