6.5.3 AC Connection Area at the Bottom

1 Remove the protective cover and the ventilation cover of the wiring area on the right
side of the inverter.
2 Expose the copper bars on the cabinet.
3 Take out the AC connection box from the delivery, and remove the left, right and top
covers of the box.
4 Fix the copper bar inside the connection box to the copper bar on the cabinet,
tighten with the bolt M12x55, and the tightening torque is 60~70N.m.
Strictly observe the direction of the copper bar, refer to “6-3 Wiring
copper bar”.
5 Fix the AC connection box with the inverter cabinet, tighten with the bolt : M5x12,
and the tightening torque: 6~8N.m.

After fixing, wiring can be performed. The sizes of connection copper bar are as shown
in the figure below.
