Description of all Functions
3.3.- Test
Once the machine is in secret mode, and the door has been closed, each of the
dishwasher’s functions may be tested, by pressing the <
PROGRAMS
> key repeate-
dly.
In the Lux model range, the display shows “SA” to indicate that it is in mode, and
the next time the key is pressed, “SA” and “10” are shown alternately, to indicate the
position it is in. Once each step has been checked, the buzzer will beep to indicate
that it can advance in the sequence, so the technician only has to press the <
PRO-
GRAMS
> key again and it will show “SA” / “11”,
fl
ashing alternately, and then test the
component corresponding to task 11. This process is repeated up to task 16.
Other models are similar to the Lux model, except in the way they display the infor-
mation, since they have no display, and so use a code based on the lights – see the
Table of Secret Mode programs (Section 2.2).
To execute the program correctly, all the steps must be carried out sequentially. If
this sequence is not followed, the program must be aborted, and the machine must
be turned off so secret mode can be re-entered. Similarly, if a fault is detected during
one of the program’s tests, it will not go on to the remaining tasks; the fault must be
corrected and the program started again.
Important:
If you press too many times or for too long,
this is not a problem – keep pressing till you find the next
step.
