Description of all Functions
If the check is successful, a con
fi
rming beep is generated. The control waits for the
<ProgramS> key to be pressed, before executing task 12. If after 90 minutes the level
micro (MN) does not indicate full, the corresponding fault is displayed as per the Table
in Section 2.3.1.
TASK 12. (Safety test for water pressure micro-switch)
The wash pump is activated (BL) and also the heating resistance (Resist), and after
15 seconds the pressure micro is tested. If the check is successful, the machine beeps
as con
fi
rmation; otherwise the fault is displayed as per the Table in Section 2.3.1.
The control waits for the <ProgramS> key to be pressed before executing task 13.
TASK 13. (TEST of NTC for short- or open-circuit)
The wash pump is activated (BL) and also the heating resistance (Resist), and after
15 seconds the NTC is tested to check that it is not short- or open-circuited. If the
check is successful, the machine beeps as con
fi
rmation; otherwise the fault is displa-
yed as per the Table in Section 2.3.1.
The control waits for the <ProgramS> key to be pressed before executing task 14.
TASK 14. (Heating TEST)
The wash pump is kept activated (BL) and also the heating resistance (Resist), and
after 3 minutes the NTC is tested to see if the temperature has gone up. If the check
is successful, the machine beeps as con
fi
rmation; otherwise the fault is displayed as
per the Table in Section 2.3.1.
The control waits for the <ProgramS> key to be pressed before executing task 15.
TASK 15. (Emptying TEST)
The drain pump (BV) is activated, and the wash pump (BL) and the heating resistan-
ce (Resist.) are deactivated; the level micro is tested to check if it goes to the empty
position. If the check is successful, a con
fi
rming beep is generated. The control waits
for the <ProgramS> key to be pressed before executing task
16. After 60 seconds, if the result is negative, the fault is displayed as per the Table
in Section 2.3.1.
TASK 16. (TEST EV regeneration and detergent dosifi er - rinse aid + ventilator)
The regeneration valve and detergent/rinse aid valve and the Motor ventilator for
ventilated drying are activated for 1 minute, everything else is deactivated. Here a
con
fi
rming beep is not generated as the control is not sure that the outputs have really
been activated. After 1 minute these activated parts are deactivated.
The End LED is now activated (in Lux models the display shows “Fn”), to indicate that
the test has ended.
