0 = Only partition supported
First Block Address of the next record in the buffer assuming the next
host operation is a write.
Last Block Address of the next record on tape assuming the next
operation is a write.
Number of Blocks in buffer Number of write records separating buffer logical position
from the actual position of the tape. If this field is zero, the
host and tape are synchronized.
Number of Bytes in buffer

The number of uncompressed write bytes in the buffer.
