Detach motor cables (1). Loosen four screws, and remove
the cover (2). Loosen nine screws, and remove the covers
(3). Loosen the set screws and extraire the belt pulley (4).
Loosen four screws, and extraire the motor (1).
Mount motor with four screws (1). Mount belt pulley to mo-
tor with set screw (2). Fit the cover with four screws (3). Fit
the cover on the motor mount (3).
When the motor’s position is changed, the motor’s
sense of direction must be revesed. i.e. two power
conductors on the trminal board must be ex-
changed at the asynchronous motor.

The motor can be continuously rotated and positioned
360°.
Loosen nine screws, and remove the covers (1). Loosen
all three tensioning rollers (2). Loosen four screws and re-
move bearing mount (3). Remove the belt (4). Loosen the
set screw and remove the belt pulley (5). Remove the belt
(6).
Carefully release the four screws and slowly turn motor
mount into the desired position. Tighten four screws down
to 20Nm.
To install, follow the above instructions in reverse order.

For the programming with this control type a PC, note-
book or Multicontrol HT1 is absolutely necessary.

The machine is programmed with the software enclosed
with the operating instructions no. 30004927 «GEM 12
Programming».

Handle tools and attachments with care, keep
them clean and sharp, and observe the manufac-
turer’s instructions on the use of coolants and tool
receivers.
