6. Test the operation of the console server by sending an RSN mail message to the

Stratus Customer Assistance Center (CAC) or your authorized Stratus service
representative and asking them to connect to your server. If the console server is
not working, the CAC or your authorized Stratus service representative will help
you correct the problem.
