You have now done all the manual adjustments required to proceed with the Automatic Room
Calibration powered by the Dirac Live

Room Calibration Tool. This manual will provide instructions

corresponding to the use of the Dirac Live Room Calibration Tool v2.0 (DLCT 2.0). For users of DLCT 1.0,

please refer to former Installer Guide (from 3.4r1 backward).

To proceed with the calibration, you must ensure you have the UMIK-1 microphone connected to your

laptop. A calibration kit with this microphone and some accessories is available. We invite you to

contact your distributor for more information on this kit.

The Dirac Live Room Calibration Tool v2.0 (DLCT 2.0) is available for download once you have registered

in their website:

https://live.dirac.com/register/

. Note that

only the PC/MAC version of the tool can be

used.

It will not work with the iOS or Android version.

The credentials created to log in this website will

be required in the tool to allow for an access to the StormAudio Dirac Live runtime version allowing

Full Bandwidth (20Hz to 20kHz) calibration, without need to buy an upgrade from Dirac.

Notes:

1. Although recommended, you are not obliged to use the UMIK-1 USB microphone delivered in the

Integrator Kit. You can use your own measurement equipment as long as supported by the Dirac

Live

Room Calibration Tool .

2. The process described in this Guide will only cover our standard case based on using UMIK-1 USB

microphone.

3. The next steps will describe a basic calibration using the standard target curve and automatic

correction window defined by Dirac. For an advanced calibration, we recommend you to use the

StormAudio_Dirac Live CT_Installer_Manual_rev 3.pdf

document available in our Client Portal.
