Initial operation
Only use water-based materials and solvent-based materials featuring a flash point over 38°C. Do not use materials
that exhibit the warning "FLAMMABLE" on their packaging.
For more information about the material, please ask the manufacturer concerning the corresponding material datasheet.
Spraying certain materials may produce static electricity that could place the user at risk of electric shock. In case this
happens, determine whether the material possesses a flash point above 38°C and that the packaging does not feature
the warning "FLAMMABLE" on it anywhere. In case electric shock is produced nevertheless, then the material likely
contains non-mineral paint fluids such as Xylol, Toluol, or Naphtha which may also develop a static charge. Switch to
an alternative material.
The spray area must be well-ventilated at all times. The spray area should always be supplied with sufficient fresh air.
The spray device contains a small amount of "test material" upon delivery. It is important that this material is rinsed out
of the spray device before it is used for the first time:
3. After, place the ventilation/discharge valve downwards
into the spray position (DOWN).
4. Turn the nozzle into the cleaning position, direct it into
a waste bin, and then press the pistol's trigger.
1. Fill the material hopper with water and screw it onto
the spray device.
2. Place the ventilation/discharge valve in the upwards
position (UP) and hold down the trigger for 10 seconds.
