Service life
The helmet should not be used for more than four years from the date
of manufacture printed on it (see date dial in the helmet shell) and it
should not be used for more than 3,500 hours from the date of first use.

It is important to replace the helmet in good time. The helmet begins
to age with the first day of use. Please note the label with the
indication “date of issue“.

Note the date of first use on the label inside the helmet with a
permanent marker.

Adjusting the hard hat

Put on hard hat with the peak to the front.

To alter the size, adjust the strap at the back of the hat to the
required size with the aid of the locking pins, (Illustration A). The
helmet must sit comfortably but securely on your head and must not
slip off when you bend forward.
