Mount  frame seal

Preparation:

Disassemble engine housing,
01.06.01,
Disassemble crankshaft,
01.02.01,

Clean and degrease groove in cylinder block.

   

For engines with rubber frame seal (slot-variant)
(item 2-7)

Apply construction adhesive LOCTITE 262 on both
sides of first profile groove of frame seal.

Apply activator 764 to groove in the cylinder block.

Put frame seal from the bottom over the cylinder
block.

Bourrelet of frame seal profile must be placed at the
front (coolant pump) in the center of the side of
cylinder block..
Important for later assembly of engine housing.
