05 COOLING SYSTEM

Raw water pump

(current version)

Preparation: Remove alternator V-belts.

Loosen screw (ill.5/pos.1).
Turn screw counter (ill.6/pos.1) clockwise to reduce
of tension V-belt.

Remove V-belt.

Assembly is done in reverse order.

Adjust V-belt tension; according 05.07.02

Tighten screw (ill.5/pos.1) with a
Torque of

23 N +/-2

to secure idler pulley bracket.
