Fuselage Nose, Bottom –
Fit part F23 (sheet 09/10, 3/16 in. balsa) to the
front
“step” in
parts F3, and between the fuselage sides, immediately behind former F4. Wick CA around
the edges to bond in place.
29.
Fit and bond F24 (sheet 09/10, 3/16 in. balsa) to the second step in parts F3, and the
fuselage sides.
30.
Fit and bond F25 (sheet 09/10, 3/16 in. balsa) between the fuselage sides, and flush
against the
front
of former F5
31.
Fit and bond F26 (sheet 09/10, 3/16 in. balsa) between the fuselage sides, and flush
against the
front
of the landing gear pocket, part F16.
32.
Position F27 (sheet 09/10, 3/16 in. balsa) flush against the
front
of F16, and centered over
part F26. Bond with CA.
Do not allow any glue to enter the landing gear pocket.
33.
Fuselage
Nose, Front –
Carefully slide part F28 (sheet 08/10, 1/8 in. balsa) onto the tabs
at the
front
of parts F2 and F3 until flush against former F4. Bond in place with CA.
34.
Slide F29 (sheet 08/10, 1/8 in. balsa) over the same tabs until it is flush against F28. Bond
with CA.
35.
Slide F30 (sheet 08/10, 1/8 in. balsa) over the tabs on parts F2 until flush against F29.
Bond with CA.
