Faulty RTD sensor in chamber sump.

1.

Press 

ACK

 touch pad to acknowledge alarm.

2.

Clean sump RTD sensor as necessary. 

3.

Press 

RESUME CYCLE 

touch pad to resume cycle operation.

4.

If condition reoccurs, call STERIS.*
