5000µS/cm buffer solution (P117906-175);

150ml Beaker;

Digital thermometer

Distilled Water.

NOTE: Write down batch number and expiration
date for buffer solution. Never use an expired solu-
tion.

2.5.3 Conductivity Sensor Calibration

(Channel A)

NOTE: Ensure no water remains in sump before start-
ing this procedure.

1. Pour 50mL of 5000µS buffer solution in a 150mL

beaker.

NOTE: Buffer solution cannot be re-used. Do not
return solution to container.

2. Carefully take sensor out from sampling port

located above recirculation pump piping.

3. Spray sensor tip with distilled water to rinse. Do

not rub or hit sensor bubble.

NOTE: Glass bubble at sensor’s tip is very fragile,
never hit or rub. Never leave sensor in open air for
too long, always immerse in a liquid so bubble does
not dry.

4. Dab sensor tip with a soft lint-free cloth to remove

excess of water.

5. Dip sensor into buffer solution.
