When using an electrical furnishing, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:
Read all instructions before using (this furnishing).
DANGER
- To reduce the risk of electric shock:
1. Always unplug this furnishing from the electrical outlet before cleaning.
WARNING
- To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons:
1. Unplug from outlet before putting on or taking off parts.
2. Close supervision is necessary when this furnishing is used by, or near children, invalids, or disabled pesons.
3. Use this table only for its intended use as described in these instructions. Do not use attachments not
recommended by the manufacturer.
4. Never operate this table if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been
dropped or damaged, or dropped into water.
5. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
6. Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
7. Do not use outdoors.
8. Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
9. For loading always put heavier items at the bottom and not near the top in order to help prevent the
possibility of the furnishing tipping over.

he receptacle power block is equipped with a circuit breaker that will shut
off power in an overload condition. Press to reset the circuit breaker to restore power.
POLARIZED PLUG INSTRUCTIONS

To reduce the risk of electrical shock, this furnishing has a polarized plug (one
blade is wider than the other) like the plug illustrated in Figure 1. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If
the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrical to install the
proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way. This product is for use on a nominal 120-V circuit.
No adapter should be used with this product.

Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with
a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded. Do not modify
the plug provided with the product - if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
