Do not continue to press the On/Off switch after the

machine  has  been  automatically  switched  off.

The

battery can be damaged.
To remove the battery, press the battery unlocking button

and pull the battery out of the power tool toward the rear.

Do not exert any force.

The battery is equipped with a NTC temperature control

which allows charging only within a temperature range

of between 0º C and 45º C. A long battery service life is

achieved in this manner.
Observe the notes for disposal.

Battery installation

The battery has to be inserted in a compartment covered

with a lid (9) to prevent it from being exposed to humidity or

chemical agents during the working process.
1- Open the compartment cover (9) by lifting and pulling the

tab.
2- Gently insert the battery into the battery compartment by

fitting it into the corresponding slot.

3- Close the cover gently, the cover tab (9) will click into place

and close the compartment.
To remove the battery follow the steps in reverse, pressing

the battery button and pulling the battery gently.

Lance, Hose and Nozzle Assembly (1-2-7)

1- To assemble the gun with the hose (7), insert the hose

firmly through the base of the gun and use the nut that has

the hose to screw the hose firmly to the gun.

2- To connect the gun with the lance (2), screw the lance

firmly to the gun at the top of the gun.

3- To attach a nozzle (1) to the lance (2), screw the nozzle to

the end of the lance.

Mounting the harness (10)

The lumbar support is factory installed on the tool. The

backpack harness is installed by inserting the fabric strap

into the upper slot from back to front and then fastening it

with the plastic harness buckle.
The 2 lower straps are attached to both sides of the tool

by means of 2 metal buckles, thus allowing the height of

the harness to be adjusted according to the needs and

dimensions of the operator.

Positioning of the clamp (4)

The tank has an integrated pivot on one of the sides into

which the lance clamp (4) simply has to be inserted by

exerting pressure.

3_OPERATION

CONNECTION/DISCONNECTION

Insert the battery after making sure that it has sufficient

charge following the steps described in point 2 of this

manual.

Make sure that the control lever (6) is in the off position

to prevent the machine from spraying by accident. Also

check that the cover (3) is correctly screwed on and

fastened.
To start the power tool, press the ON/OFF button (8).
Use the control lever (6) to operate the sprayer.

To switch off the power tool, set the lever (6) to OFF mode

and switch the tool off by pressing the ON/OFF switch (8).

USE

Use of the control lever (6)

The control lever (6) has 2 working modes.
To spray the liquid, press the lever. To stop spraying,

release the lever.
To spray in continuous mode, press the lever and while

holding it down, slide it forward. This locks the lever and

sprays at an uninterrupted rate. To stop the operation

slide the lever backwards and release it.

Pressure control

Under the control lever (6) there is a wheel which, when

turned, allows to increase or decrease the pressure with

which the machine sprays the liquid.

4_MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Before any work on the machine (e. g., maintenance,

tool change, etc.) as well as during transport and

storage, set the rotational direction switch to the

centre position.

Unintentional  actuation  of  the  On/Off

switch can lead to injuries.
For safe and proper working, always keep the machine

and ventilation slots clean.

After finishing the work always empty the tank of the tool

and rinse it with plenty of water. After rinsing, fill the tank

with more water and use the tool for 2-3 minutes so that

the hose, gun, lance and nozzle can also be cleaned.
Completely empty the tank and keep the machine running

until the entire liquid circuit is completely purged and

emptied.

Wipe off any remaining moisture and leave the tool with

the  lid  off  in  a  ventilated  place  so  that  any  remaining

moisture can be removed.

Cleaning the pump filter

The tool has a particle filter at the bottom of the tank to

prevent contamination of the pump. To clean it, carefully

pull the filter away from the hose, open the top cover of

the filter and wash it with plenty of water.

Once washed and dried, place it back in the hose at the

bottom of the tank with light pressure.

Cleaning the gun filter

An integrated particle filter is located at the base of the

gun to prevent damage to the lance and nozzle. To clean
