Basic Operations

•

Re-writing a member card

Member cards can be re-written when the information on the card is not clear.

Press

while the system is idling.

In Function 1, use either

to select [Rewrite card], and

press

Insert a member card.

The display information of the member card is re-written.

•

Issuing a new member card

This registers a member number for a new customer and issued them a new card.

Press

while the system is idling.

In Function 1, use either

to select [Issue new card],

and press

After the message "Issue new card" is displayed, the system

request a password.

Input the password, and press

. ( See page 16)

Use the tenkey to input the member’s number and press

Normally, the new member number is incremented by 1

from the previously issued new member number. However,
there are cases in which it may not be a consecutive number
because of setting changes made on the compact flash card.
