Initial Operations and Settings

Display immediately after turning the power on

The system version number is displayed.
Check this version information when contacting or consulting

with your dealer.

The machine enters an

<idling state>

.

In the <idling state>, the first line shows the Shop No. and

machine control number; The second line shows the number of
points issued through Sales items; The third line shows the total
number of points that were recovered by the return of products,
and the fourth line shows the history information (the number of
cases).

When the system is idling, each of the functions of

can be executed.

call up function lists, and

are used to select from those lists. When selected,

executes the function that was selected.

Communicating with an office computer

A confirmation using manual communication is requested if

automatic communication time with the office computer is
exceeded when the power to the system is turned on.

(This is valid only when the communication function is enabled.)

When  [YES]  is  selected,  the  system  begins  communicating
with the office computer.  It uploads history information and
downloads settings.
