4. INSTALLATION
4.1.
Connecting the appliance to the power supply
The appliance should be connected to an electric power socket (230V) with a plug. The socket should be equipped with a dif-
ferential current protection device.
5. OPERATION
1.
Before using the mixer for the first time, make sure that the voltage in the power supply corresponds to the voltage indica-
ted on the rating plate of the appliance.
2.
Install the kneading-trough and lock it securely.
3.
Install the appropriate attachment and pour the products to the kneading-trough.
4.
Use the lever (4 fig. 1) to lift the kneading-trough up to the maximum level.
5.
Close the kneading-trough cover (5 fig. 1).
6.
Make sure that the STOP button (3 fig. 1) is not pressed.
7.
Use the gear shift (1 fig. 1) to set the appropriate gear:
•
attachment 1 - gear 1
•
attachment 2 - gear 1
•
attachment 3 - gear 2
8.
Press the START button (2 fig. 1).
9.
When the dough reaches suitable consistency, turn off the appliance using the switch off button (3 fig. 1).
10.
Lower the kneading-trough using the lever (4 fig 1).
11.
Raise the cover.
12.
Unlock and then take out the kneading-trough
ATTENTION!
Switch off the appliance before changing the gear!
During the mixing process, the kneading-trough should be lifted up and the cover should be closed.
In the event of problems with shifting the gear, switch off the appliance, move the stirrer and restart the appliance.
5.1.
Overload protection
In the event of sudden stoppage of the appliance, turn it off and reduce the amount of dough to be mixed. Wait for about 1 mi-
nute and press the RESET button (7 fig. 1), then switch on the mixer again. If the appliance stops once more, reduce the amount
of dough again.
If the appliance stops another time or it is impossible to turn it on, contact the service for further information.
6. MAINTENANCE
Every time after use of the appliance the kneading-trough and attachments should be cleaned thoroughly. The guides of the li-
fting mechanism should be regularly covered with a small amount of oil. Before leaving the factory, the mechanisms and bearings
of the appliance were covered with high-quality grease ensuring proper operation of the mixer for a period of 6 months. In order
to ensure troubleproof operation after 6 months the gears and bearings must be covered with a layer of grease. The lubrication
process should be carried out by qualified personnel. Thoroughly clean the appliance after completing the lubrication process.
7. DISPOSAL OF THE OLD APPLIANCE
Information for users on the rules concerning proper disposal of electrical and electronic equipment at the end of its life.
•
Leave your old equipment in the shop where you purchase a new appliance.
Each store is obliged to accept old equip-
ment free of charge if you buy there the new equipment of the same type and in the same quantity. The only condition is to
deliver the old equipment to the store at your expense.
•
Dispose of your old equipment at a collection point.
Information about the location of the nearest collection point can be
found on the local website or the notice board of the municipal office.
•
Leave the equipment at a service point.
If the repair of the equipment is unprofitable or impossible for technical reasons,
the service is obliged to accept this appliance free of charge.
•
Return the used equipment at the end of its life without leaving your home.
