You can purchase additional equipment for your Weasel

Lite system at any time. Our Weasel
®
Lite
Starter Kit is a good starting point. To upgrade your system, you can order additional vehicles, batteries
and chargers, transfer stations, track elements or markers as required. In this way you can easily adjust
your system to changing conditions and operating processes. For information on the available elements,

Classic
Weasel
®
Lite is an easy-to-use automated guided vehicle system which enables easy and quick
automation of your transport tasks without the need for extra IT. The possibilities offered by the Weasel
system, however, by far exceed the scope presented in this manual. With an upgrade to Weasel
®
Classic, i.e. integration of an additional fleet controller software communicating with your Weasels via
WLAN, your fleet can work even more efficiently. You can still use your existing Weasel fleet (including
the transfer stations and tracks). Weasel
®
Classic offers the following features:
Integration into existing ERP, WMS, WCS, MFS or PPS systems via simple standard interfaces
Integration of fully automatic conveyor systems for loading and unloading the Weasels
Use of an automatic floor chargers contacts without the need for manual battery replacement
Maximum transport performance and energy efficiency thanks to intelligent planning, parking, and
loading strategies
