About the vehicle
Your Weasel is a user-friendly automated guided vehicle with easy-to-learn functions and features.
These vehicles don’t need complicated configuration
. There is just one switch at the whole machine: the
on/off switch on the back of the vehicle. In the following, we will present an overview of the individual
components and show you how your Weasel works. Also refer to the instructions provided in the
operating manual.
All persons who are in the area of a Weasel
®
Lite vehicle, a loading station or an unloading station
must wear
safety shoes
.
4.1 Components
The structure (1) is attached to the chassis (4). For ergonomic reasons, all standard Weasel
®
Lite models
are provided with a high structure for easy manual loading and unloading. Other variants are available
upon request. The pivoted drive unit (7) is attached to the chassis. It accommodates the drive and
steering equipment, as well as all components required for track identification (camera), obstacle
