Damper Assembly

Push the rebound damper into the cartridge tube until there is 

104 mm

 

(length) of shaft extended. Do not push the damper into the tube any 
further.

Insert the compression damper into the cartridge tube and slowly 
push it into the tube. The rebound damper will slowly extend as the 
compression damper is installed; this is normal.
Firmly push down and thread the top cap into the tube.

Tighten the top cap to the specified torque. The rebound damper 
seal head will be tightened onto the other end of the cartridge tube 
simultaneously.
