Maintenance
Cleaning Tips: lf the external surfaces become soiled, wipe clean
with a cloth dampened with a mild soap. Do not use thinner, benzene,
or any other solvents. Thumper® is maintenance free, constructed with
permanently lubricated sealed ball bearings. No additional lubrication is
necessary. Thumper® has no user serviceable parts inside.
Plugging In: To reduce the risk of electric shock, Thumper® may have
a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). lf so, this plug will
fit in a polarized outlet only one-way. lf the plug does not fit fully in the
outlet, reverse the plug. lf it still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician to install a proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.
Electrical lnsulation: Thumper® is a double-insulated product. In a
double-insulated product, two systems of insulation are provided
instead of grounding. No grounding means is provided on a
double-insulated product, nor should a means for grounding be
added to the product. Servicing a double-insulated product requires
extreme care and knowledge of the system, and should be done only by
qualified service personnel. Replacement parts for a double-insulated
product must be identical to the parts they replace. A double-insulated
product is marked with the words "Double lnsulation" or the symbol
(square within a square).
Extending Product Life: To get the most out of your Thumper® and
to make it last a long long time, you should consider three factors which
have a direct effect on premature wear: heavy load, high temperature,
and long uninterrupted running time.
Load: Thumper® is designed to operate best with its own weight. lf too
much weight is applied to the massager it will result in weak Thumping
action. This is because Thumper® needs to pulse its massage spheres
against the muscle somewhat like the beating of a drum. When too
much force or extra weight is applied, its action is smothered or
restricted and it penetrates less not more. All Thumper® products are
designed with an overload safety system to prevent damage to the
device or to the user. On some products the power is simply diminished
until the load comes back to normal levels, on other products the device
shuts down and needs to be reset.

Controls
Speed/ Power Settings: When powering ON, VersaPro will always
reset to Manual Power#3. This is your starting point. From here you may
go UP or DOWN with the Manual Speed triangles or divert to one of
the 7 Auto Programs. Thumper VersaPro has 13 different power/speed
settings. Speeds range from 1 at the weakest, to 6 at the strongest. You
can use the + or - triangular buttons to manually increase or decrease
the speeds.
In addition to fixed speeds, the VersaPro has 7 Auto Profile Programs,
which create a variance of speed and power to enhance your massage
and relaxation. The 7 auto programs are activated by the AUTO
PROGRAM button and cycle through from 1 to 7 as indicated by the
Green LEDs. Pressing the AUTO PROGRAM button repeatedly (or hold)
cycles in a counter clockwise direction. Watch the GREEN LED lights for
indication of which program you are currently running. Watch the RED
LED lights for indication of what power setting it is currently running.
