9. COUNTER
ACTIVATION
Connect the plug to the socket, the counter
display turns on and the track goes into standby
mode.
SLEEP MODE
After 10 minutes of inactivity, the track goes into
sleep mode and the counter is turned off. Press
any button to resume the track.
DISPLAY INFORMATION:
•
SPEED
: current speed.
•
DIS, TIME, CAL.
: the screen displays the value
marked with a glowing diode: distance ran,
workout time, number of calories burnt during
the current training session.
•
PULSE:
the screen shows the value marked
with a glowing diode: the inclination angle
of the treadmill belt or the current heart rate
during workout. To get a correct measurement,
you should place both hands on the sensors
incorporated in the handlebars. The measure-
ment will show up on the screen after about
BUTTON FUNCTIONS
•
START/STOP
press to start the training or a
chosen programme. 5 seconds after the start,
the running belt will start moving at the lowest
possible speed or at the speed corresponding
to a chosen programme. Press to stop the tra-
ining. The treadmill will be slowing down until
it stops completely.

PROG (P)
press to choose a programme.
•
MODE (M)
When the treadmill is in standby
mode, press to select options: manual mode,
time countdown, distance counting, calories
counting.
•
SPEED +/-
- in sleep mode used to set valu-
es. While in operation, pressing the buttons
increases / decreases the speed by 0.1 km/h.
Pressing the button for more than 5 seconds
will make the value increase/decrease in con-
tinuous mode.
•
I/-
- in sleep mode used to set values.
While in operation, pressing the buttons incre-
ases/decreases the inclination angle by 1 level.
