PREPARATIONS
1. Before assembly make sure there is enough space.
2. Use the recommended tools.
3. Before assembly check if there are all the parts in the box.
It is recommended that product should be assembled by at least two people
to avoid injuries.
Most of the assembly equipment listed here has been packed separately,
but some elements come preassembled in certain assembly parts. If it is
required, dissassemble them and assemble again.
Read the instructions of all assembly steps and familiarize with all the
devices installed.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (
Drawings
– p.
34-36)
Note: Follow the assembly instructions below:
STEP 1
Fix
t
he front stabilizer (4) to the main frame (1) using screws (3)
arched pads (11) and caps (10). Repeat the same action with the rear
stabilizer.
STEP 2
Connect the resistance regulation wires (13,14) and rotation
sensor wires (15,16) coming out from the column and the main frame in a
way presented at the picture. Place the handle bars column (12) on a
appropriate element of the main frame, screw both parts using arched pads
(11) and wrench screws (17)
STEP 3
Screw the handle bars (32) to the column using a pad (25) and a
knob (M8)
STEP 4
Place the puls sensors wires (29) through the handle bars column
(12) and the gauge base (30). Connect the puls sensor wires (29) and
rotation sensor wires (15) coming out from the handle bars with their
equivalents from the gauge (37,38) Fit a gauge on the base (30) Screw the
gauge to the base using screws (28). Put a closer (36) into the handle bars.
STEP 5
Using pads (22) and strapped pads (21) strap the saddle (19) on
the top of the saddle column (20). Next insert the column into the right main
frame element (1). Fit the column screwing the knob (23). After it is done fit
the pedals (26,27) on the winch. Right pedal should be fitted according to
the clock’s movement, left one conversely.
NOTE: before you start the training, make sure that all the bolts and nuts
are securely tightened.
The blinds of the back stabilizer are used to level the bicycle.
Levelling and Moving the device (pictures p. 37)
Before you start exercising, it is recommended to verify whether the bike is
positioned correctly. Please level the equipment by means of the stabilizer
knobs
To transport the device, raise it carefully and move to another place,
holding it on both sides.
Height adjustment of the bike saddle (drawing
– p.38)
Bike saddle height can be adjusted by removing the handwheel and setting
the saddle shank at the correct height.
The shank of the bike saddle has a few holes, i.e. a few possible ways to
get the right seat height.
To adjust the saddle height, loosen the bolt clamping the seat shank in
a bike frame.
Then select the appropriate seat height for a user by moving the saddle
shank up or down.
After selecting a given height, tighten the handwheel so that it is not
possible to change the position of the saddle shank.
Note: Do not remove the seat shank above the minimum or maximum signs
marked on the shaft of the bike saddle.
.
Resistance adjustment
The Resistance adjustment function allows to change resistance on the
pedals. High resistance requires larger effort while pedalling, whereas the
low one decreases the effort. Force of resistance is regulated by a knob
placed on the handlebar post. In order to decrease resistance, adjustment
knob should be turned towards the “1“ number whereas so as to increase
resistance, the knob should be turned towards the “8” number.
In order to achieve a satisfying effect, resistance level should be set during
a training.
