PREPARATIONS
1. Before assembly make sure there is enough space.
2. Use the recommended tools.
3. Before assembly check if there are all the parts in the box.
It is recommended that product should be assembled by at least two people
to avoid injuries.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ( Drawings

STEP 1 Fix the front (2) and rear stabilizer (3) to the main frame (1) with
the screws (9), curved washers (11), and nuts (12).
STEP 2 Connect the sensor wires (43, 44) and resistance control wires (42,
45) coming from the post and the main frame. The connection of wires is
illustrated in the picture.
Put the handlebar post onto the proper element of the main frame. Screw
both elements together using the curved washers (36) and bolts (38).
STEP 3
A. Insert the sleeve (39) into the handlebar post (4), fix the bottom
part of side arms (6 l/r) to it with the bolt (33), spring washer (51), and wave
washer (25), as well as the flat washer (34). At this stage do not tighten
them yet!
B. Connect the right pedal base (5R) with the crank (14) using the
bolt (26r), wave washer (25), spring washer (15) and nylon nut (16r). At this
stage do not tighten them yet!
WARNING! There is the right and left bolt (26 r/l) in the box. Remember to
install them on the correct sides. The right bolt should be turned clockwise,
and the left one
– counterclockwise. You can turn the crank to get a
comfortable access to the bolts.
c. Connect the right arm (6R) with the pedal base (5r) using the bolt (31),
flat washer (20), and nylon nut (21).
d. Do the same with the left arm (6L) and left pedal base (5L). Next tighten
the bolts (31, 33) mentioned above and the nuts (16 L/R). Place the end
caps (22, 17, 52), as shown in the picture.
e. Screw the pedals (29 L/R) to the bases (5 L/R) with the flat washers (28),
bolts (30), and nylon nuts (27).
