Once you have performed all these cleaning and
sanitising operations thoroughly, you can
reassemble the components.
The correct assembly of the appliance is very
important to prevent mix leakage and damage
to the appliance.
To assemble the appliance you must have an
approved lubricant (vaseline) available.
Always make sure that all parts have been
properly washed and sanitised and that the
person carrying out the reassembly has
thoroughly washed and disinfected hands and
forearms.
- Reassemble all the components of the beater,
taking care to observe the correct alignment as
shown in figure 29 and 30. These components
are:
Central shaft L (fig.29);
Two scrapers N (fig.29);
The two rear seals M and O taking care
of assembling the metal grey one (M)
first and then the plastic white one (O)
as indicated in figure 30.
!ATTENTION!
The position of the two rear seals M and O is of
fundamental importance to the proper
functioning of the appliance. Pay particular
attention to the correct mounting alignment
shown in fig. 30 where the M suction is on the
shaft flange while the O suction is on the
cylinder back side. Incorrect positioning of the
rubber cup can cause serious damage to the
appliance.
!ATTENTION!
The two rear seals M and O have been designed
to work without any lubricant, for this reason
they have never to be lubricated, failure to do
so could cause serious damage to the appliance.
!ATTENTION!
The position of the scrapers N is of fundamental
importance to the proper functioning of the
appliance. Pay particular attention to the correct
mounting direction shown in fig. 32. Incorrect
positioning of the rubber cup can cause serious
damage to the appliance.
