- Remove all components inside the top tank as
shown in fig. 25:
E – floating product level;
F – air regulation pipe;
G – mixing impeller.
- Wash each of these components thoroughly
with hot water and washing-up liquid, taking
care to dismantle the air regulation pipe (F) into
its parts: the inner and outer tubes.
- Remove the drip tray by pulling it gently
outwards (fig. 26) and wash it thoroughly with
hot water and washing-up liquid.
ATTENTION
Never carry out washing operations in a
dishwasher as these components may be
severely damaged in it.
- Rinse well and dip each piece in the sanitising
product according to the doses and immersion
times suggested by its manufacturer.
- Once the correct times for sanitising have
been followed, thoroughly rinse all components
with clean water and dry with a clean cloth.
- Wash the freezing cylinder and top tank
thoroughly, removing any remaining product
with a clean sponge soaked in sanitizer (see fig.
27).
- Clean, if present, the front outlet tube with the
brush supplied with the appliance or remove the
left side collecting drawer as indicated in figure
28 and check for any drip before closing it back
into its seat.
- Repeat the same operations with a sponge
soaked in clean water and dry all surfaces
thoroughly with a clean cloth.
