Rotary switch (see Picture 4-6, point B ):
•
N: Neutral ;
•
D: Forward / Drive : drive forward;
•
R: Backward / Reverse : drive reverse;
•
Dm: Manoeuvre forward ;
•
Rm: Manoeuvre backwards .
When manoeuvring in Dm and Rm mode, the gearbox is not switching gears.
The gearbox has 12 forward gears and 2 reverse gears.
The display gearbox on the control panel shows the current gear and state.
4.5.1. Gear lever
The gear lever A ( Picture 4-6 ) is operated by pushing it in a certain direction and then releasing it
again:
- The gear lever springs back to the centre position.
Switch to automatic mode
- By pushing the gear lever once to the left in manual mode and releasing it again,
the automatic mode is enabled;
- Switching is only possible when D or R is active:
In neutral position, there will be no switching between manual or automatic mode.
Switch to manual mode

By pushing the gear lever once to the left in automatic mode and releasing it again,
the manual mode is enabled;
•
By pushing the gear lever once forward (+) in automatic mode and releasing it again:
- The gearbox selects also (if possible) one gear up;
•
By pushing the gear lever once backward (-) in automatic mode and releasing it again:
- The gearbox selects also (if possible) one gear down.
