Click the
Firmware Update
button in the main window of the program (fig.12) and select the
following record options in the
Select firmware file
window (fig. 18).

The following message will appear if the firmware
update is successful (fig.20).
You are not recommended to update the firmware when the voice recorder is connected to the
computer without batteries.
Do not update the firmware if the voice recorder's memory card is blocked
