PIN CODE
To protect voice recorder data from unauthorized use, main recorder’s functions (recorded data
playback and deleting, modification of recording parameters) can be realized only after entering a
personal identification number (PIN).
Switching voice recorder on and off and recording are possible without PIN-code entering
.
PIN-code entering
If protect with using of the PIN is on, when accessing to secure voice recorder
function the
PIN-code
submenu will appear.
To enter the
PIN-code
submenu, press the button.
To exit the
Memory
submenu, press the
button.
With the
or
button, select the value to the first digit of the
PIN
from range
0
–
9
.
With the
or
button, select the next digit of the
PIN
and
with the
or
button, set its value.
Enter the necessary number of the
PIN
digit from 1 to 8.
When you have entered the digits, press the button.
For applying entered
PIN
press the
button.
If
PIN
is correct, the message will appear:
success
.
If
PIN
is incorrect, the message will appear:
error
.
Entering the PIN-code submenu
To enter the
Settings
screen press the button.
In the
Settings
screen with the
or
button, select menu
item:
PIN-code .
To enter the
PIN-code
submenu for setting, changing or delet-
ing PIN, press the button.
